SME Chamber of India has initiated an exclusive platform “SME Legal Council” with the unique objectives to provide affordable and timely various legal services, corporate and business advisory services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), manufacturing, exporters, start-ups, mid-corporates, importers, services, co-operative industries and allied industrial & business sectors. We have observed that due to connectivity and lack of information & knowledge many enterprises are struggling to resolve their issues and grievances and face litigations and delay in getting justice as well as pecuniary loss and credibility in the market.
SME Legal Council will integrate the experienced and learned legal advisors, experts, lawyers, advocates, Law firms, solicitors, arbitrators, Notaries & various business advisory services to SME sector to mitigate risk, securing their interests to avoid losses and litigation, establishing cordial relations with the clients, suppliers, buyers, investors and customers to reduce burden and litigations, so that SMEs will contribute to enhance economic and industrial growth, export promotion, new employment generation, entrepreneurship development and accomplish the dream project of Hon’ble Prime Minister to march towards “Viksit Bharat”, to make India as a manufacturing hub and third largest economy.
